Market strategy for BOM BOM If we look at our competitors, they are either burger outlets or street hawkers. It is nearly impossible to market ourselves against other burger outlets, so why not focus on street hawkers instead? We just need to replace newspaper envelopes with our own customized envelopes. Newspaper envelopes are injurious to health, yet they are widely used by street hawkers. By introducing a safer alternative, we can position ourselves as a socially responsible company and gain social support. Additionally, this strategy will be more cost-effective than online marketing while providing us with a unique point of differentiation by shifting to offline marketing.
