The outside chaos will only affect you once you allow it to accumulate within your body system in terms of sensations , because the sensations are the inputs of outside surroundings to our body. Start observing all the sensations from tip of your head to end of your foot fingers, when a sensation hits you just observe it and don’t give any reaction to it, you’ll find that sensation to pass away, because law of nature is what gives birth also dies.
