The outside chaos will only affect you once you allow it to accumulate within your body system in terms of sensations , because the sensations are the inputs of outside surroundings to our body. Start observing all the sensations from tip of your head to end of your foot fingers, when a sensation hits you just observe it and don’t give any reaction to it, you’ll find that sensation to pass away, because law of nature is what gives birth also dies. Sensation also comes and leaves, once you start observing sensations you have total control of what happens within your mind and body.
