I don't know much about your life but sharing my perspective on it.... You are chasing big goals, while your brother prefers a relaxed life. Both ways are fine—just different. The real challenge is not proving who's right but understanding that definition of success can differ one to one.

don't be a startup owner of founder , if money and lifestyle is the concern you want to cover if you have a passion for the same follow it then one or the other day , the money will come to you as a prize for your sweat and passion, I have been in that place

It’s ok bro sab ko apne tarah se jeene do. The cause of suffering is because we want our outside environment become like the way we want, but you should make your internal environment according to you and just observe the outside environment and just observe the sensations in your body that happens after observing the outside environment, without reacting to it, you find peace with yourself and you’ll see the outside world with different perspective now once you learn to observe your internal environment and outside environment as seperate worlds.

I understood your thoughts but don't expect others to be like you, everyone has a different way experiencing life, what you described in two individuals was experienced by me alone.back in 2017 I was working and my family financial status was degraded drastically my father was ill, my brother used to work hard so to increase earnings I started working 24hrs I worked 3jobs slept 4hrs in a night at the job place just visited home for 10minutes, I worked like that for 6months but at the end my father died then everything changed, my perspective of life changed, then I started working just for the needs started enjoying the life more, started travelling around. now I just live happy. thoughts change when you grow old until then experience your life as you wish & expect nothing from others🫂

First relax, a lot. people who want to succeed doesn't matter the target are busy preparing themselves. some took a year and others took a decade. if u think like this u r not even preparing yourself , don't read news and get excited. all startup are not successful, only 1% is, just look at byjus even though big company , now no one cares about it. so no use in getting big investment if u r not right, u will be left alone. making money is ur goal which is baseless, just aim at reducing cost of some service or I creasing value of a service or product, then u will see change in your efforts

Maturity is realizing that both perspectives can be valid—one person dreams big, while the other prefers staying in their comfort zone. Instead of trying to convince them, focus on your own path and lead by example. They may feel inspired, or they may not, but the key is not to let it distract you. I read a book that describes different pathways for success. one is the slowlane, the one your brother is following and the one is fastlane , the one which you are upto. Both have their own merits and cons and just to answer your questions both path can satisfy external needs
