So let me tell you something that might amuse you, I worked as a delivery partner with zepto and here's what I have to share The space should have so many things such as Racking different for oversized goods, normal goods, perishable goods Cold storages of different sizes and temperatures The packers at zepto work in shifts of 9 hours each and 3 shifts are available 1 store SI and 1 RSI at all these shifts 2 supervisors On an average 30-50 delivery riders 3 security guards 1 laptop and 8 mobile based barcode scanning devices These were the things that were at a normal sized store, the store was around 3500sqft in size, the much more bigger store which wasn't even 2KM far from ours had 20 packers per shift 150 delivery riders and a much bigger scale. I'm looking for a technical person and I'm building in a similar space I hope we can connect.
