I've been working at the same job for two years with the same salary. Here, my salary isn't increasingā€”they say growth will happen only when the project becomes profitable. Meanwhile, they're making me manage three projects on just one salary. I don't know if I'm gaining experience for my own business or just being taken for a fool here.
