Hi Guys, Need your advice. I have 4 years of work experience as a developer. Looking to move to a full-time remote role but a lot of companies don't call back because of my 90days notice. Not able to resign and then apply because of financial reasons and don't want to take that risk without an offer in hand. I am trying to convince people that I can come in 45 days lekin everyone in the Industry how my company works. Any advice on how to move about this ?
