Hindenburg Research received a show-cause notice from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on June 27, 2024. Hindenburg has dismissed the notice as 'nonsense' and an attempt to silence and intimidate those who expose corruption and fraud. Also to note: Hindenburg can't trade in US markets because it got restricted by US authorities.
