what's the notice period ? what's the reason for being adamant? ideally as per law no one can stop you from resigning, it's an employee responsibility to let employers know in writing about the resignation and LWD. LWD should be the basis the days mentioned in offer letter. if you have already followed the steps and fulfilled the necessary requirements then i think you should raise the grievance with state authorities.
