I'm building something similar and found a completely different approach works better. Instead of scraping external job boards (legal nightmare), we created a lightweight ATS that companies implement on their careers page, giving us first-party data. Then we built our matching algorithms on that. The best data isn't on Indeed anyway - it's either on LinkedIn (impossible to scrape legally) or sitting in companies' existing ATS systems. I'd recommend pivoting to an ATS integration approach rather than trying to scrape job boards.
