For freelancers there are fiverr, upwork etc For talent there are unstop, linkedin and internshala what is the issue? don't make things complicated. If you talk to the bottom 50%, be it freelancers, marketing agency or anything they will say there is a problem but you have to think fundamentally my friend. Although i may be wrong but you asked for the views so iam writing.

I completely understand where you are coming from - Fiverr, Upwork, LinkedIn, and many other platforms do exist, and they each solve certain problems quite well. But through countless deep conversations with founders, freelancers, and investors, I have seen a bigger gap that these platforms don’t fully address. It’s a bit like having multiple modes of transportation: buses, trains, and flights. Each one can get you from one city to another, but sometimes you need a route that’s faster, cheaper, or more direct - something none of the existing options can fully offer. if you starting out your freelancing journey don't hop in Fiverr, Upwork websites coz the market there is saturated & highly competitive to stand out, like supply>demand. I would highly recommend someone to start pitching clients from his own network
