I do believe it more about the co founders credibility experience and expertise and profile rather than market business plans and every other market research and thing for example if elon tries to raise a 10 million dollars for a shoe business that he know nothing about compared to me Trying to raise a 10000 dollars knowing everything about shoes and latest trends secondly it not like raising money is impossible at this stage but i di believe if your profile is not strong enough then it's not like you can't raise money but the overall magnitude for rhe same would be less it would be hard to raise a large lumsum
