It's abysmal how unprofessional people can be a few days ago I posted about a role for CTO A few people reached out to me although they don't fit the profile of the role as our entire development took place on flutterflow. These boys who are 23-25 hardly have any tech stack knowledge they feel that just because they have learnt wordpress it makes them a developer. after much ado of wasting my time for 3 hours of talking to some of them . I spoke to this guy mentioning how I had been wasting my time extra dayum he goes yea I can understand and all bullshit and states don't worry and all and gets all the access thank God we didn't give it to his mail ID and this person has no audacity to write back or even respond to the text . He bloody ghosted .Bc how long does it takes to write hey Monica I don't think so I am fit for this role ! where the fuck is professionalism.
