Isn't this just gambling with extra steps? My company already has issues with fantasy football pools, and HR had to step in last year. This seems like it would create the same problems but with corporate blessing. Not to mention the potential for office politics, imagine the drama when someone consistently predicts below-target performance and turns out to be right. They'd be labeled as "not a team player" so fast.
