Hey Guys, Thought Iโll start a series where I make short posts on some of the common mistakes and myths I notice early stage founders making while pitching to me. Today wanted to talk about everyoneโs favorite: GTM Please donโt talk about meta ads and SEO when talking about GTM. I usually look for three things - How well you have identified your ICP and their levers - How will you create a snowball of organic traction (think of unique ways to get your customers talking about you) - How will you hack the system to make your marketing spend be more effective than the industry leader Everyone knows that Facebook ads will generate traffic and conversions, tell me how youโre different. Of course this only applies to B2C businesses. Cheers!
