Earlier, buying a tyre was easy. Walk into a shop, select a big brand, and done. No questions, no second thoughts. But Millennials and Gen Z? Boss, ye log bina research krke kuch nai lete Now, it’s not just about the brand. They ask: ✔️ How long the tyre will last? ✔️ Is the grip good enough? ✔️ How about the warranty? ✔️ Is there a better price available? Before, people just listened to the shopkeeper. Now, they check Google reviews, YouTube comparisons, and different people's opinions before buying. They still buy from local shops, but with full research. And with online options growing, tyre shopping is changing. So the question is, do shops need to change how they sell? Or do brands need to rethink how they market to this new-gen buyer?
