How are you offering free internet, TV, AND water purifier service on just grocery margins? Grocery retail operates on razor-thin 2-3% margins. Even if my monthly grocery bill is 25k, that's maybe 500-750 rupees in profit. A decent broadband connection alone costs 700-1000/month. Either your grocery prices are actually much higher than market rate (hidden in the bundling), or you're planning to lose money until you've locked in enough customers. This screams unsustainable business model.
