I've been to Meghana multiple times and while it's always busy, those numbers would mean they're operating at maximum theoretical capacity every single hour they're open. And that 8% EBITDA figure - where did you get that? Food businesses typically run 3-5% net margins, especially with prime real estate costs in places like Koramangala. This feels like someone who doesn't understand restaurant economics making wild projections.
