Need an opinion from people who're in Manufacturing Industries: How many tasks in these department (Production, Supply Chain, Procurement etc) do you want to automate? Let me give you example so that you can visualize it. 1. Procurement Dept: Purchase Manager got the PR from User > Purchase Manager floats the req to multiple Vendor via email > Vendor submits quotes via emails OR submit the quote over a portal > Purchase Manager compare all the quotes and determine the specifications > Purchase manage issues the Purchase Order. In this workflow if you can automate as below, would you be interested to know more? Purchase Manager got the PR from User > (AUTOMATE) Purchase Manager floats the req to multiple Vendor via email > (AUTOMATE) Vendor submits quotes via emails OR submit the quote over a portal > (AUTOMATE) Purchase Manager compare all the quotes and determine the specifications > Purchase manage issues the Purchase Order. It'll save tremendous times and effort and reduces the scope of miscommunication as well as misunderstanding since it'll be done by AI Tools.
