Hello All Shainesh this side. I am a an configuration and structural manager at Tata Aerospace . Every one out here are talking about ideas and strategies. But i believe that the major role behind any startups succes is a strong management , with high skill, proficiency, and vision aligned with the vision of the company. My experiences as a configuration and structural manager can help any startup , optimize, automate and monitor the processes to meet the requirement and increase the efficiency. This is my first post, and really looking forward to guide and learn .
