It's because they both are using different credit reporting agency. (eg. CIBIL, Experian, etc) If you see carefully you'll find it's written "powered by CIBIL" Cred uses CIBIL whereas BB uses Experian. Both the CIBIL & Experian uses their own models to calculate credit score, some banks prefer CIBIL whereas some prefer Exp. Widely CIBIL score is considered, so you can only keep check on CIBIL score.
