Hi Guys, I’ve not started any documentation fir my startup or company because : 1. I’m thinking if firstly i should build the prototype of the app 2. Then register for company because it’ll be an expense itself 3. Once i get gst, I’ll ve to show the office for which I’ll need funds. 4. I’m a solo person right now. Is this the right approach ?

Hi Harsimran, In my opinion, this is not the right approach. Better to register a company and start otherwise you won't be able to show the expenses incurred and claim gst credits before the incorporation.

Build mvp you can register your company after getting POC. In India you can do business upto 20 lakh ( not sure about figure ) yearly as an individual on PAN card. If you have more doubt feel free to slide in DM
