Then if they meet your expectations in first two or three orders you can go with it. Fluctuations happen in this sector. You have to give them a chance and there is not just one company to rely on. Always keep 2 reliable logistics companies as your helping hands and then you can also understand that in which pincode they are more likely to deliver on time. Key idea: Talk to the people in the warehouse or the dropping centres. They will advice you better that what is their average delivery time and what are their key delivery areas where they are more successful in delivering on time. At time of reverse logistics talk to the guy that hands you over the product back.
