A Thought to Solve “Empty Return Trips” in Logistics --Today, we have dozens of apps to connect transport and delivery services — but most of them focus only on new bookings or dedicated trips. What about all the vehicles that drop an order and return empty? Every day, thousands of kilometers are wasted because no system connects these return trips with people who need deliveries on the way. My idea is simple: 👉 Build a platform that connects return-trip vehicles with on-route logistic needs — reducing idle travel, fuel costs, and delivery time. And one more thing I’ve noticed — most drivers aren’t tech-savvy, so instead of complicated app flows or booking confirmations, we can design an ultra-simple interface (voice-based, icon-based, or regional language support) that even a first-time smartphone user can handle. This can help small transporters, drivers, and businesses across India become more efficient — while making logistics smarter and more sustainable. What do you think — could this model really scale?
