Hi I would recommend you to partner with logistics company such as Delhivery, Xpressbees etc. which every is best in your city. They offer express delivery options and dedicated customer service. Some logistics companies also offer the service of reverse logistics if you need it. As you are not sure of your order volume, I would advise you not to hire a delivery person and increase your fixed cost. When you get sure of the order volume then you can consider alternates.
