We have arranged for company-run spare part retail stores for quality spare parts. Which will also work as dark stores to provide fastest delivery by connecting to the company's online platform. Also, we have arranged for company-run workshops for complex repair works. Along with this, we have created a technology-based spare part delivery system, so that we can ensure on-site delivery of spare parts in less time by taking a little extra amount from the technician at the time of repair. This facility will be made available to the technician in a very short time during the repair itself. No company in India is providing such a facility right now. Because spare parts will be made available from the company's own store, the quality of spare parts can also be ensured. Obviously, this will not only benefit the technician, but the user's experience will also be good, due to which the user will remain associated with us as a loyal customer. Also, if a user's machine cannot be repaired on-site, the company will also provide the facility of taking it to the company's authorized workshop through technology.
