That seems intuitive; and I also feel like that is the roght approach; The premium free trial first seems like a similar model which Healthify follows. Two questions: 1. I would like to know more about the process of modelling that you took up? Specifics of metrics, where to start etc 2. If the user is shifted to a lower tier in a time bound; wouldn’t their be churn of experimentors if your product is really new to market and pmf is not really there?
