Yeah, you are right I agree with your first statement. common men also have rights to avail better services and products at affordable prices. but as for second statement I have different opinions regarding that actually it's not any startups duty to provide solution for it. all humans thinks differently from their perspective they don't think it's a problem that they want or love to solve and it's everyone's right to do what they want or love... if you're interested then you are welcome to try and solve this problem. why not do it yourself if no one else is doing and you seem to be interested in it too..
