I'm the common man too.. you should know the answer. most of the common men in india don't want to pay a premium for services or product. they have the mentality of saving money as much as possible and it's not wrong they are just looking out for themselves. and startups spends so much money on infra and other things so obviously they will look to get as much profit as possible that made them to target elite customers. that being said there are some startups who are targeting common man too....

I agree but common men who has 80% population does not have right to avail better service at affordable prices? second thing if there is problem it's duty of startup to provide solution to them too.
