Biometric payments sound fancy, but after Aadhar leaks and data privacy concerns, people are rightfully skeptical. The fear of misuse often outweighs the ease of a fingerprint scan.

Biometric paymentis much safer than upi. The current issue of pin and otp fraud are completely eliminated through biometric payment. Also rbi is focusing on digital currency that involves no use of internet while making payment. The data leakage concerns can be solved through Blockchain.
