Solnce Energy, founded by engineers Yash Tarwadi and Nilesh Shah, aims to simplify solar energy adoption through India's first one-stop solar app. The app assists users in comparing solar products, estimating costs, arranging installations, and accessing financing options. On Shark Tank India Season 4, the founders sought โน1 crore for 1% equity, valuing the company at โน100 crore. Kunal Bahl offered โน2 crore for 10% equity. Anupam Mittal proposed โน1 crore for 3% equity with a 1% royalty until the โน1 crore is recouped. Peyush Bansal offered โน1 crore for 5% equity. Aman Gupta proposed โน1 crore for 3% equity. After negotiations, Aman Gupta secured the deal at โน1 crore for 2.5% equity. The investment will enhance Solnce Energy's technology, expand its reach, and facilitate renewable energy adoption in India. Note : I already met Yash Tarwadi.
