Some mistakes I wish I knew before starting a project / startup/ idea :- Problem Statement – Clearly define the issue you're solving. Target Audience – Identify who benefits from your solution. Workflows – Map out how users will interact with your product. User Personas – Create profiles of ideal users to refine your approach. something only these might help in place of MVP. it helps you understand your own product better. do let me know if you ever documented and comment below if you want any examples to compare.
