To get there, a lot of leeway for experimentation required. I think in some cases even identifying the hero feature in itself isn’t enough..it should be sustainable in the long term too. A lot of thinking, say..user evaluation, projecting their probable life-cycle , etc is required too.. i can give you a lot of products who had found their hero feature, yet couldn’t survive/sustain
