Hello everyone, I have a great product that is made daily in my home some places in kutchh and gujarat . Just like Amul’s buttermilk is sold in the market, this product can also be sold in a similar way. It is very healthy and fits well into the ready-to-drink category. With just this one product, it has the potential to become a top brand. I want to start this business, but I am not sure how to begin. How should I proceed?

Just because something is homemade and healthy doesn’t mean it’ll sell like Amul. You need blind taste tests, real customer feedback, and a unique hook before dreaming of mass sales.
