𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐝 𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐭? 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬! 🏠 Renting a property should be a straightforward process, but for many, it turns into a stressful and emotionally draining experience. I know this firsthand. My father ran a rental business, providing shops for rent. Sadly, after he passed away due to COVID, my family faced one of the hardest battles of our lives. When we asked our tenants to increase the rent as per our agreement, they refused. One even verbally abused my mother and sister. We were struggling both financially and mentally. With no choice left, we sent them a legal notice to vacate, but they demanded money to leave. The legal battle dragged on for 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 draining our resources and peace of mind.
