𝗜 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝟭𝟬𝗸𝗺 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 !! This 10km time: 1:00 hr Previous 10km time: 1 hr 11 minutes I was able to maintain this improvement because of both physical and mental practice. ↳ This time, I had already decided that I would complete the run within an hour or less. But during the race, I was on the verge of giving up—not because of physical tiredness, but because of mental doubts creeping in. Thoughts telling me to stop kept coming, but I was completely focused on my goal. In the last 1 km, I ran at a very fast pace without even realizing it, and I stopped only 3-4 times throughout the entire 10km. ↳ This experience reinforced an important lesson: Success isn’t just about physical strength—mental strength is just as crucial, and it’s something many people lack. ↳ Whether it's in business, exams, or any other challenge, we need to be mentally strong. Whenever you feel low or demotivated, remember why you started in the first place. Today, I became mentally stronger. No one can stop us unless we allow ourselves to stop. Demotivation is not external—it comes from within, and we need to suppress it with positivity. If we do that, success is inevitable. Let’s break our inner barriers and fulfill our dreams. Because I’m going to push myself further—I’m aiming for a half marathon (21km) next time! What do you think? Will I be able to do it? :)
