This 10km time: 1:00 hr Previous 10km time: 1 hr 11 minutes I was able to maintain this improvement because of both physical and mental practice. âł This time, I had already decided that I would complete the run within an hour or less. But during the race, I was on the verge of giving upânot because of physical tiredness, but because of mental doubts creeping in. Thoughts telling me to stop kept coming, but I was completely focused on my goal. In the last 1 km, I ran at a very fast pace without even realizing it, and I stopped only 3-4 times throughout the entire 10km. âł This experience reinforced an important lesson: Success isnât just about physical strengthâmental strength is just as crucial, and itâs something many people lack. âł Whether it's in business, exams, or any other challenge, we need to be mentally strong. Whenever you feel low or demotivated, remember why you started in the first place. Today, I became mentally stronger. No one can stop us unless we allow ourselves to stop. Demotivation is not externalâit comes from within, and we need to suppress it with positivity. If we do that, success is inevitable. Letâs break our inner barriers and fulfill our dreams.
