EV rentals are a great idea, but the real challenge is maintenance. Battery life, repairs, and vehicle downtime can silently drain profits...if you don’t plan for this, the model could collapse fast.

first thing all the audience cannot function in one app as you see for a rapido There are 2 apps one for customers and one for riders. If possible shorten the problem statement to a single problem, there are 3 problems youre catering one is rental of EV vehicle, 2nd is delivery services, 3rd is last mile drops or pickups.
