I really want to work on AI projects but I'm inexperienced with company work, I used to work as a research intern at a lab and was a data science intern at another place. I really want to get into working on hf models, langchain, langgraph, fine-tuning stuff, working on real model building work too, but I feel like the entry barrier for these roles is so high that there's barely anyone eligible.

The best way to break in is to just build. Work on personal projects, contribute to open-source, and experiment with the tools you’re interested in
