Ok storytime. As I told you guys earlier..I'm working with a group of interns , now I should say toxic interns 😂😂. Yesterday, I asked one of the intern to do a particular work. He couldn't do it on par with my expectations so I transferred it to another intern, she did it 🔥🔥🔥 too good. So I used her work. Now that 1st intern, is ghosting me and not replying me just because I did this. Is it justified or not? Am I at wrong. I gave him 4-6 chances atleast.
