Ok storytime. As I told you guys earlier..I'm working with a group of interns , now I should say toxic interns ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚. Yesterday, I asked one of the intern to do a particular work. He couldn't do it on par with my expectations so I transferred it to another intern, she did it ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ too good. So I used her work. Now that 1st intern, is ghosting me and not replying me just because I did this. Is it justified or not? Am I at wrong. I gave him 4-6 chances atleast.

I don't understand what now a days going on in industries, if they are hiring interns and there excetations are that candidate should have experiences more than a year, don't you think they should look potential in intern not experience,
