Hahaha... I have thought about this quite a few times. You are very true about cash flow, sales and scaling. I have seen these aspects crushing founders' mindsets so many times. Saying that I used a term called BANIYA MINDSET for my startup at the beginning. And for other aspects of the business, I have amazing mentors and a team on boards to take care of it. On top of that, if I know something is not my forte or I have no experience in it, then I approach at least 10 people to gain the right knowledge, and then I take a decision. If you can set a system then everything flows well through that pipeline
