I have by healthy snack bar ready after experiment numerous times. I have few questions, so can anyone help me here? (1) Does anyone know that under which KOB is should be registered in FSSAI? Note :- I know I just have to take the basic FSSAI registration as my annual turnover will be less than 12 lac per annum, but asking about the Kind of Business and the category in which I have to register. Will it be manufacturing KOB? If yes, then what will be the category like general manufacturing, etc? In manufacturing also, you have to select category and sub-category. (2) Can I start this from my home or do I have to rent a shop? If anyone can answer these, then please do as it will help a lot.
