Hello all, can someone tell me best way to start an LLP while working a full time job? I aim to start a software consultancy specializing in data engineering and data analytics projects on contract/ad-hoc basis : generating certain revenue to support SaaS platform I am building in due time. I want to understand the legal issues that might arise meanwhile working a full time job and how to save on PAN card issues and visibility from company. Please provide your best help dear members. Your support is needed in deciding a sure path for myself this year !

When you register your LLP, your PAN details will be tied to the business, but that doesn’t automatically alert your employer unless there’s some tax overlap. Just make sure you’re handling personal and business finances separately to avoid raising flags during tax season or basically register after the tax filing and all ka date is gone
