Being remote is actually a huge advantage. You can cut down on commute time and fit in startup work during breaks or early morning/late night slots. But don't underestimate how mentally exhausting it is to be on Zoom all day and then switch gears for your own business after hours.

I’m doing it right now, and let me tell you, it's brutal. Between my 9-to-5 and the startup, I barely have time to eat, sleep, or breathe. Weekends? Gone. Late nights? That’s the new normal. It’s possible, but just know that your social life will take a big hit.
