Hello medial, in showcase section ,the top three ideas are selected based on upvotes or good idea?

In the Startup Contest, I can see lots of Upvotes from new user who joined on August month for the top Upvoted startups. Hope this can be rectified if it's a spam - Self upvotes. Which we don't want, As it can Leave the most valuable ideas left out,

Will the winner progress be checked by Medial after giving prize money? To make sure they are not spending money on somewhere else?

good decision but doesn't people get greedy to win that 1k?? decreasing top 1,2,3 prize amount is bad idea what if someone's 2 ideas are in other top22 ,will both of those ideas get 1k each ? people will just spam and try to win instead of pasti
