But yaar even the users dont know sometimes what they want, then what to do? People like using Ford's faster horse example and then YC's build what people want. Why such two conflicting theories man. I am so confused

Thanks for sharing the ford's "faster horse" method, i don't even know that method but after reading about that i can say that, observe behavior, not just words. Users may not say “I want a car,” but they’ll complain about slow travel. Your job is to bridge that gap with innovation.
