they pay , they market they put 20% of their revenue in marketing and use all traction chanels. whereas here you pay 15% on ads only to stay on top list. answer to your other point - expenditure in physical outlets gives your customer a physical touch, a physical presence, dining , ambience, recognition. whereas , there is no human touch online and works only on discounts, flat sales etc.
