If a person has strong basics, he doesn't require a mock at all. If a person has poor basics, he knows one mock interview can't set him. Most importantly, real time questions will be based on the current project that has opening. Mocks will be more

Ya but both the prepared one & under prepared one, both needs a mock interview. The strong guy needs it to have a check what questions type will be asked so that he can confirm his preparedness if he is able to do it or not. and for poor basics guy, he will get guidance from interviewer what to do,what to improve. and yes mocks are generic but we will have a feature where interviewee while booking an interview can give us a short note on what's his experience level, the kind of intervieweer he wants, qualifications & post for which he is preparing for so that we can have perfect interviewer for him.

agreed, this would only work for freshers. and your target segments would be in colleges and course institutes. 'atleast imo' experienced people are already going through a lot of real time interviews already.
