See MoreI think First 3 features/difference that you have written auto fill, signature etc. it's helpful for the cyber cafe people. Why I am saying this because people who don't know how to fill a form, resize picture etc how will they chat with you guys and get the things done? They can't do it on their own that's why they are paying 200. This is a real problem but from business scaling point of view I think you are targeting wrong audience. Your audience should be those cyber cafe people who fill 100 forms daily and do the same thing again and again. Example: i Prepare for SSC exam for 1 year and now it's time to file a exam form then I'll not take any risk or mistakes of filing it on my own I'll rather give 200 to the cyber cafe who knows exactly how to fill. People don't pay because they don't know how to fill a form people pay because they don't want any mistake with that form. Think again. All the best š
That's the beauty that even the cyber cafe owners would eventually shift to this model, while filling someone's form they'll just need to relogin with that person's number, all previous data won't be asked(more or less every government exam asks the same thing except preference), it will increase their efficiency. With people realising, they'll opt for it directly.
An attempt to ease the way of filling govt forms for people who can't do themselves is not a small issue when considering those people who lives in villages and are technologically challenged. However the challenge for this kind of business is to enter into the mobile phones as an app in the first place. Also, as wide as the use case scenario seems to be , competition is not just from a cyber cafe which are more or less outdated even in tier 2 cities . The real competition is from the well wishers who are happy to help them , neighbour who suggests a nearby shop with computer knowledge willing to do it in exchange of small amount of money and more. Marketing in a village and tier2 cities is a completely different ball game. If the model penetrates well to those 5 persuasive people in the village, it just blows up our else everyone forgets and move to the same old formula. Saying this, I should emphasize that this is just a challenge, not something impossible. Coming up with a creative idea and making those few people experience your service should be the key goal. Another issue that is usually ignored is hyper focus on the problem statement . It's good if the customer thinks of DigimitraX when he's filling a form , but the real problem is if he thinks of DigimitraX only when he needs to fill a form. There should be multiple reasons for the user to open the app. Probably this won't be an issue in metro cities as the users can afford an app just for one issue, but in tier 2 cities people just look things in a different way. Rather than upselling from the app, try focusing more on something like a nudge/notofications about more exams or job opportunities specific to the age group who downloaded the app. Taking basic details like age, qualification , details about if they ate in search of a job or search of a Skilling course, you can narrow down which kind of notifications are useful for that specific person. I know this would come at price for the business to include such feature but this can actually add some value to the end user and probably more chance to keep this app working in the first place. It's a pretty much normal thing that people declutter unused apps frequently and you're app shouldn't go in that list. For that, you should provide something from your end in addition to the original service. I'm not sure if it can go very big but surely isn't a bad idea. With right marketing and right end user experience, customer may find it useful.
Hey! Thanks for the feedback. I know it's a challenge to get this thing in their phone but that's what internet business is. I'd like to share one story it's when my sister filled a form for navodaya through a cyber cafe, she studied and at the time of admit we got to know that the application wasn't accepted due to flaws in data entry. And these cases are no joke, you wish to select another, cyber cafe owner or that close friends selects another course, or probably change the medium, hindi to English and nowadays, interpersonal relations aren't that strong. But one thing from your opinion caught my attention. That the use case is limited, for that I have thought to design it like "sarkariresult(dot)com", it has millions of traffic every month. It notifies you about news vaccine, admit cards, syllabus, answer key. I'm thinking of another features too, for example similar exams, exam wise based communities. This way the platform will benifit through content marketing too. I have been in SEO from like when I was 15 years old, the most demanding category still holds government information sites. Happy that you spent so detail in writing this, thanks man!!
Goodšš»all the best Shivam. But remember, in 2025, nobody goes to cyber cafe (even in tier 2 cities) they fill by themselves, and also people can fill form directly right kor from digilocker. (Only for documents, I'm telling). And also it's not clear, how would solve the problem. Btw,it's seem amazing. So once again, stay aheadšŖš» N.B: I'm from rural area, and there is no city within 100KM.
Bro! I'd politely deny this statement that nobody goes to cyber cafe, for things like kisan credit card, pan card, govt exam forms that are so of lengthy. I have lived in tier 2 cities too, with my hometown probably tier 3, I see huge traffic near cyber cafes, for people who fill 10 forms a year, it's a reality, going by data, just this year ssc filled 10 million forms, do you think this many people have access to laptop. Phone has become a commodity but pcs are still a exclusive one. People think India has become digitally literate but searching on Google, browsing social media doesn't justify that. Eg: Bihar University which includes bnmu, purnea, patna University combined needs their students to fill 6 forms a year, admission in every semester, registration every semester, then exam form registration. I know most people using medial are not my target audience, as most of us would even deny astrotalk but it's a reality, but the true India has basic but recurring problems. But I'm really happy that people like you care for change!! Stay connected bro
Many still rely on cyber cafes, wasting time on tasks that could be streamlined. Upload issues like "file too large" occur due to server limits and exam form policies. A smart digital solution can bridge this gap efficiently.
Yep! For most of tier-1 guys, changing png, jpeg, size, along with this form process may seem like a small problem. But ask a rural guy, who repeats this process again and again. In states like UP, Bihar people fill up 10 forms a year, provide the same documents again and again, and wait in queue at the cyber cafe. Just this year ssc formed reached 1crore applications combined.
As per my opinion DigimitraX has a great future and also can have applicational usage with each state government based portal and even with private entity like apply for jobs in corporate companies this solution can be implemented
Appreciated! Will look into these applications too.
Dude this guy is solving a real problem it's back in 2024 where I had to fill my form for my jee application and i didn't had my caste certificate and to get that certificate I had to wait for 10days and that mf charged me 2k rs and I had to visit that cyber cafe everyday just to know till how the formalities are completed this idea will completely work because you are solving the real pain you can gather all website links in digimitraX and as usual what you offered you can move forward with it I prefer it to be available on Android ios and windows or mac
Thanks for this precious feedback š
