This is governed by the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. ✓ Also in 2023, SEBI issued a consultation paper proposing stricter regulations for fin-fluencers to ensure transparency and accountability. All the above statements prove that this is surely the violation of SEBI guidelines.
