Or an influencer/content creator providing stock or investment advice? As per the ASCI (Advertising Standards Council of India)guidelines you must make sure the following: 1. You are SEBI registered 2. Display your SEBI number should be stated prominently with your name and qualifications For other financial advice, you must have a suitable qualification like CA, CS, IRDAI License,etc. Worried that you are not qualified? You must add a disclosure that you are not a financial advisor and disclose all the requirements mandated by the Finance Regulators.
