While we can fix inefficiencies within our business, we cannot prevent others from growing. Valuation and scale matter, but innovation is the real differentiator. The companies that succeed consistently prioritize two things: innovation and speed of execution. Rather than fearing competition, focus on making strategic decisions and moving forward with clarity.
